Shell looks closer than ever to exiting the stalled Abadi LNG project as Indonesia’s state-owned Pertamina will make a first payment over the coming days to acquire the UK major's 35% stake in the Masela Block, Indonesia’s Minister of Energy Arifin Tasrif said at a press conference on Friday.
